His experience includes assessments for compensation, land classification, rental assessments and horticultural, pastoral and forestry land valuations. Contact Peter Wright John Bowen Registered Valuer, B.Ag, Dip Ag.Sc (Val), APINZJohn's focus is on valuation of residential, lifestyle and hill country properties. He is also involved with a number of large farm lease properties in the Wairoa region, and has also developed a comprehensive rural sales analysis system for the firm.
Michael Blair Registered Valuer, B.Com, ANZIV, SPINZMichael specialises in commercial, industrial, insurance and residential valuations. He comes to Gisborne following six years in Auckland with Bayleys Valuations and Quotable Value, having previously valued in Western Australia and worked in property management and banking.

Peter McKenzie Dip V.FM, ANZIVPeter supervises several large pastoral properties in the Gisborne/Wairoa region. He has been instrumental in setting up a number of successful share farming joint venture arrangements.
Peter Nolan B.Ag ComPeter undertakes financial modelling, investment analysis and has instigated management reporting systems for several agri-based companies. He has also been involved with bench marking financial performance of farming properties in the region.
Office Manager
Stephen DobsonStephen runs the office as well as maintaining general ledgers and payrolls on behalf of clients. He was formerly general manager of Gisborne Sheepfarmers Mercantile Company, where he gained experience in the diversified activities of the stock and station industry.
